LakeFest 2009

Don't miss it!  Write down the date.  LakeFest is a free, 
fun-filled day for one and all.

The fishing contest, beach activities, free motorboat rides, free kayak
rides, a sumptuous potluck dinner, Roger the Jester AND David Grover
& the Big Bear Band will, once again, delight all in Monterey.

As you may know, the Friends of Lake Garfield have no budget for 
fireworks to top off the day.  This year a special fireworks fund has been
established.  If you'd like to light up the sky for the LakeFest finale, please
send your donation to FLG, PO Box 355, Monterey, MA 01245.  Be sure
to include your reutrn address.  If you donate and we do not raise 
enough money, we'll return your donation.
